We are pleased to announce that starting March 1st of 2024 we have a new management leader in place, dedicated to bringing fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a renewed commitment to excellence.

 

While these changes are aimed at improving our services, we must also address the practicalities of growing and sustaining a business in today's dynamic market. With this in mind, we want to inform you about an adjustment in our pricing structure. The decision to revise our prices was not made lightly, but it is essential for us to continue providing you with the high-quality products and services you have come to expect.

The new pricing will enable us to invest in advanced technologies, expand our team of experts, and maintain the level of service that sets us apart.

Effective March 01, 2024

 

1. Price increase, why, and how much?

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share with you the reasons behind this adjustment. In response to the current economic landscape and the impact of inflation on our operational costs, effective March 1st 2024 we have decided to implement a modest price increase. This adjustment is reflective of the increased expenses we have incurred to maintain the high standards you've come to expect from us.

The additional revenue generated from this adjustment will be strategically allocated to further improve our services and overall customer experience.

 

Specifically, it will allow us to:

  • Invest in High-Quality Cleaning Products: We are dedicated to providing a safe and hygienic environment. The increased funds will be directed towards acquiring superior cleaning products, ensuring a more effective and thorough service for our clients.

  • Cover Travel Expenses: As part of our commitment to delivering on-site services, covering travel expenses has become essential to maintain the convenience and accessibility you deserve.

  • Provide the means to Hire and Train future employees: Linda Service LLC aims to become a fast growing business, and hiring those who also share a passion when it comes to delivering quality cleaning services is something that we will be introducing shortly. 

  • Reflects on Labor: Our new management has noticed that current prices fails to reflect on a number of concerns, such as time spent on a job site, the amount of work per location, travel expenses, and the size of the property (how many rooms, floors, etc). As a result, these increases aims to provide Linda Service LLC employees with respectable wages, which will also provide the means to expand as a company.

 

Each increased amount will differ depending the individual client, and is carefully decided upon a number of factors.

2. The size of the property:

 

We are introducing price per square footage. The cost will depend on whether a cleaning is needed every month, ever 15 days, or every week.

 

Once a month cleanings for residentials will start at $0.17 per square footage, every other week at $0.15 per sqft, and weekly at $0.10 per sqft.

The room on the right is vacant, clean, and organized, while the picture on the left is that of someone who may be hoarding. Both spaces share the same square footage.

For this reason, depending on the amount of work required, our estimates are based on how much time will be spent at the location, if multiple days are needed, if multiple people are required to take on the job, the intensity of labor, and if any special equipment will be required.

 

* While we do not currently offer Hoarding Cleaning or Deep Cleaning services, we hope to soon. 

 

Larger homes require more cleaners:

 

We value our mission in paying our employees fair and survivable wages. We aim to accomplish this by basing the total estimate on how many cleaners will be needed. For smaller properties, one cleaner is enough to suffice depending on the total labor, however for homes above 2,000 sqft, two or more cleaners may be needed depending on total labor. This ensures satisfactory results performed in 8 hours or less, every visit.

Physical and digital Service Agreement

We are introducing a Service Agreement that outlines both the pricing structure and the specific details of the cleaning job to be performed.

Starting March 1st 2024, all clients will be required to sign the Service Agreement either on the day of service or as part of a regular service contract. This agreement serves to ensure mutual understanding and sets clear expectations for the services provided by Linda Service LLC.

Key Points of the Service Agreement:

1. Pricing Structure Acknowledgment:

The agreement will clearly outline the pricing structure, including any applicable adjustments, or fees. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the specified pricing for the services provided.

 

2. Cleaning Job Specifications:

The agreement will detail the specific cleaning services to be performed. This includes a comprehensive list of tasks and any additional services agreed upon. This ensures that both parties are aligned on the scope of work.

3. Terms and Conditions:

 

Important terms and conditions, including payment terms, cancellation policies, and any relevant disclaimers, will be clearly stated in the agreement. This helps establish a transparent and fair framework for our partnership.

4. Enhancements of our Services:

In addition to our already comprehensive cleaning solutions, we will be introducing new specialized services in the near future. By growing as a company, we will be able to hire and provide a larger cleaning crew, which will provide the opportunities to include services such as deep cleanings, tailored cleaning packages, state-of-the art cleaning machines and tools, greater transportation options that would allow Linda Service LLC to provide cleaning services at greater distances!

With our expanded services, we offer more tailored solutions to address the specific needs of your home or business.
