Safety Requirements

We prioritize the safety of our employees above all. A property that has exposed asbestos, mold, gas leaks, lead, fiberglass, or insulation, WILL NOT be cleaned. Please make sure the properties carbon monoxide and radon levels are within safe range.

We love pets. Dogs, cats, birds, you name it. Unfortunately there are cases in which a pet may be untrained, reactive, hyperactive, aggressive, or have something contagious. If your pet falls under any of those categories, we ask that you secure your pet and provide them a muzzle (in the even they manage to escape their kennel).

We will not ask this of dogs under 20lb (if they aren't sickly or battling fleas or ticks), though if they have a habit of biting, please provide them with a muzzle.

Not only are exposed wires a fire hazard, but they can be dangerous if someone comes to contact with them as well.

Please ensure that all wires are professionally secure.

Properties with unstable foundations pose a risk to those inhabiting or within the space at any time. It can create gas leaks, lead to mold within walls, fire hazards, and foundation collapse.

For this reason, if you know that your property is unstable, please refrain from asking for our services until the situation has been resolved.

We will not be able to clean your property until it is deemed safe.

Properties with biohazardous materials must be treated for this by licensed professionals who are responsible in handling biohazards. This includes and is not limited to:

- Bodily fluids (biofluids) such as feces, urine, blood, or signs of decomposition, from any living organism (human or animal)

- Uranium Glass must be contained and sealed properly

- Mixed chemicals or chemicals that can make someone physically ill or cause pulmonary embolisms

Roaches and the such isn't our concern. Bed Bugs on the other hand, are.

Bed Bugs can easily jump on and travel. Female bed bugs only require one meal to lay hundreds of eggs in less than 24 hours. They can survive up to year without food. Current means to combat bed bugs are proving tedious.

For this reason, you are to make sure and promise that your home has NO bed bugs. Failure in doing so WILL result in legal action and liability. Our clients must be aware and responsible before allowing cleaners into the home. Signing the contract means you acknowledge this and are held accountable should an employee face an infestation issue.

For this reason we will check mattresses for signs of bed bugs and take pictures. If we see any while working we will take photos, and will HAVE to leave and terminate the contract until it is TREATED.

Thank you for understanding

Cleaning means using certain chemicals that may be harmful, especially to pets and children. While we keep our supplies close-by, we can't keep a close eye on anything outside of performing our job. If there will be children or pets in the home during cleaning, please make sure they are in a secure location.
