Our Packages
We currently provide 3 different tiers.
Essential is our most budget friendly package, which focuses on maintaining the space presentable.
Standard is our most favored and selected package, involving more in-depth cleaning compared to Essential.
Premium is our most detailed package, and is mostly recommended for first time cleanings, or monthly contracts.

Apartment and House Cleaning
We offer Monthly, Bi-Weekly, or Weekly contracts.
The total price is based on the square footage of the property, as well as the package selected.
The total estimate will be based on the size, package, and the package price range depends on the labor cost.
Per Square Footage
Weekly: $0.10
Bi-Weekly: $0.15
Monthly: $0.17
Please have property square footage prepared- especially any total that was not included on the lease or property details upon purchase.
Commercial
As stated in our Apartments and Houses Cleaning above, the total cost is based on the size of the property, the package selected, the frequency, and the price range per package is determined by total labor.
Per Square Footage
Weekly: $0.15
Bi-Weekly: $0.17
Monthly: $0.19

Real Estate
Planning to sell a home, but it doesn't look quite ready yet? Maybe you've flipped the property and fear that clients will turn away from all the accumulated material and dust as a result of rebuilding and fixing the home? We offer those selling properties house cleaning as well!
The total cost is based on the intensity of labor, as well as square footage. Packages may be selected, but for empty real estate properties, it is not recommended. If the house is to remain presentable for showings, we suggest that the property owner not move items around post-cleaning, as this will undo our work. For this reason, we take video and pictures while we work.

With Furniture: $0.25
Without Furniture: $0.19
