The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business
General FAQ's
While we understand that emergencies can turn up at a moments notice, we want to make sure that our clients understand our cancellation policy if something it coming up, if you're going on vacation, or if you simply want to cancel or reschedule.
We allow clients up to 72 hours to cancel their upcoming assigned cleaning day.
Failure to do so will result in a 30% cancellation fee, which will be based on the total price agreed and signed upon the legal contract. Each contract states this to ensure that our clients are aware of this policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within the 72 hour window to avoid cancellation fees by calling, texting, or emailing us (information can be found on our Contact Us tab). Thank you.
Avoiding payment in regards to any of our set policy can result in legal involvement, as it would be considered theft of services.
You acknowledge this upon signing the contract after agreeing to our appointment.
Linda Service LLC is recognized as an official business in the state of Kentucky.
For this reason, we take photos of our work before, and after, to prove that we had worked on your home.
Once you have confirmed the total cost and sign the agreed upon contract, you are responsible for paying in full, day of, in the form of cash, check, or Venmo.
Failure to do so will result in a 5% weekly increase of total cost and legal action if client fails to respond after 10 days.
If client refuses to pay because 'services did not meet expectations', we require that you email or text photos and we will compare it to our own set of Before & After pictures to determine if this requires legal action.

We do not offer deep cleaning services at this time. We do not clean houses suffering from a case of Hoarding.
However, we are expanding starting March 01, 2024. Our goal is to grow our business enough that we will be able to hire more professional cleaners, as well as state-of-the-art cleaning equipment.
We love pets, and we also understand how messy a home can get when we own one, or two, or even eight!
Depending on the intensity of the mess, our total estimate is based on the package deal selected, and the range within that package.
If it's just pet hair that can easily be swept up or vacuumed away, belonging to one or two pets, then it will be in the lower range. The higher the intensity of labor regarding pet clean up would mean that the package price would total in its higher range, but never surpass the package deal that was selected.
We do ask that you keep large, untrained, reactive, and aggressive breeds in a separate inaccessible room and in their kennel, as we've encountered a pretty nasty fight we barely escaped from involving two dogs.
While we do suggest that the home remain temporarily unoccupied during the cleaning process, residents may stay.
We do suggest that children remain away from slippery surfaces or spaces that have recently been cleaned.
As for pets, if you have a dog that has been untrained, is large, or is an aggressive breed, we ask that they be securely placed in a kennel, preferably in a secure and comfortable room to ease their anxieties.
Any animal less than 20lb is of no concern, so long as they don't bite.
We not require this of pet owners with hyperactive, untrained, large, reactive, or aggressive breeds after nearly being grabbed by two dogs that randomly started fighting at our feet, which could have caused grave life threatening injuries.
If you do not wish to secure your pet, then we can not enter.
We use top of the line cleaning products, however, if you prefer eco-friendly or organic, we can include those at an additional cost if it isn't already included in our available packages (which can be found in our Cleaning Packages tab.
As pet owners ourselves, we know the importance of keeping our pets safe.

Thank you for your interest in Linda Service LLC!
In order to get things rolling, we'll need you to reach out to us first and provide us with a day in which you will be present.
You will walk us through the property, and list off any areas or concerns that you'd like us to address.
We will listen, take down notes, and take pictures of the areas of focus.
We will present you with a pamphlet that explains our packages, square footage prices depending on the property and frequency you desire (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), and our contact information should you have any more questions. If you have more areas of focus, you can email any pictures.
After we've reviewed the notes and photos taken, we will reach back to you with a total price estimate- this based on the square footage of your property, the package of which you chose, and the intensity of labor.

Billing & Pricing
Payments Accepted
We accept up front forms of payment, such as checks and cash. This is a safer method of payment to avoid confusion, such as a client sending their form of payment to a wrong account, or possibly voiding the payment.
Cancellation Policy
We have different cancellation policies, all of which you as the client understand and accept upon agreeing to our appointment.
We require our clients to notify us 3 days prior to their set appointment, while commercial properties and real estate properties require 5 days prior to the appointment date.
Cancellations that are made after the 3 day window are subject to our cancellation fee:
Homes- $120
Commercial- $200
Real Estate- $160
