Online or Printed contract
After inspecting the areas that need cleaning, a contract must be signed and agreed upon. Once this contract is signed, you understand our terms and policies.
Paying before the appointment
To avoid confusion, full price misunderstandings, and the client possibly leaving the home while working, we ask that our clients pay us in full once we arrive. For this reason we accept check, cash, and Venmo. We like to build trust with out clients, and we do not intent on working with clients we can't trust.
No Tolerance Act
We do not tolerate harassment of any kind. This includes, and is not limited to: Racism of any kind, sexual harassment, discrimination, general harassment, bullying. We will leave and expect full price for our services.
Labor Laws
Linda Service LLC is recognized a licensed and official business protected by law. This means we follow labor law guidelines, such as allowing our employees 15 minute breaks every 4 hours, and a 30 minute lunch if working for more than 5 hours.
Agreement of Price
Printed or online contracts allow the client to further understand the set price, with no room of misunderstanding. If the client refuses to pay in full, they are subject to being charged for theft of services (please read our FAQ on regarding this). We will expect the cancellation fee in full and cancel the appointment.
Cancellation Fees
To avoid confusion, we have placed cancellation fees throughout the website and on contract to make clients aware of our policy. We allow a window of 72 hours, or there will be a 30% based price cancellation fee. Due to a high number of new clients, we take scheduled appointments after the initial meeting very seriously, and we thank you for understanding.
