Please note that final estimates provided is based on the size of the property (Square feet), the package chosen, the frequency of our cleaning services, and the total cost of labor.

The Basic Essential Clean package is designed for those seeking a fundamental cleaning service to maintain a basic level of cleanliness. It covers essential areas and tasks to ensure a fresh and tidy living or working environment.
 

Services Included:
- Surface dusting and wiping
- Vacuuming and/or sweeping of floors
- Mopping hard floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathroom surfaces (sink, countertop, toilet)
- Kitchen surface wipe-down (countertops, appliances, exterior of cabinets)

Ideal For clients who would prefer routine maintenance, those who live in apartments or small living spaces, and budget-conscious clients seeking basic cleaning services.
 

Standard Complete Clean [Our most picked package!]
(+ $50-$95)
Our Standard Complete Clean package offers a more thorough and detailed cleaning service, addressing additional areas and providing a comprehensive solution for maintaining a consistently clean space.

Services Included:
- All services from the Essential Clean tier
- Dusting of surfaces, furniture, and decor
- Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Detailed cleaning of kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster, etc.)
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathroom showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Interior window cleaning (accessible windows)
- Bed-making and linen change (if provided)

Ideal for clients who are looking for a more detailed and regular cleaning routine, larger homes or offices with additional cleaning needs, and those who appreciate a more comprehensive and meticulous service.

Premium Luxury Clean
(+ $70-$115)
The Luxury Clean represents the epitome of our cleaning services, offering a top-tier experience with a focus on detail, specialized cleaning techniques, and the use of premium, eco-friendly cleaning products.

Services Included:
- All services from our Essential and Standard packages
- Vacuuming all upholstery (around and beneath cushions)
- High-level (from ground) dusting and cobweb removal
- Trims along floors, around doors, and around windows (if accessible)
- Spot treatments on wall (if spot can be removed and wall passes high risk assessment, as in, won't ruin)
- Closet dusting and organization

Ideal for clients with high standards for cleanliness and attention to detail, those who would like to have their space ready for special occasions or events preparation, those who prioritize premium and eco-friendly cleaning products.

We do not clean pet messes (bodily fluids).
We do not clean hazardous spaces, materials, or fluids.

*Linda Service LLC will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.

NOTICE!

Please note that if you have bed bugs, exposed hazardous inhalants (asbestos, lead, carbon monoxide, radon, or mold), or if your home is covered in fiberglass particles, or if there is any unstable foundation, we cannot clean your home, or re-enter until these have been professionally resolved. Anything that may result in a medical emergency, such as no AC during the summer which could result in a heatstroke, must be made note of ahead of arrival. 
Failure to accurately report these concerns may result in liability issues should our cleaners experience personal at-home infestations, or medical health issues.
